Do my clients need a PlanSend account?
No. You send them a private review link. They open it in any browser, read the post exactly as it will be published, leave comments, and approve or request changes. You can add a passcode and the link expires on a date you choose.
What happens if I edit a post after it was approved?
Approval belongs to a specific revision of the post. Any edit creates a new revision and moves the post back to review, so the version that publishes is always the version someone approved.
Which networks can PlanSend publish to?
Facebook Pages, Instagram (Business and Creator accounts), Threads, LinkedIn profiles and pages, Bluesky and Mastodon. TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and X are planned next. Networks are connected per brand workspace.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes one brand, three channels and 20 posts a month, with no credit card. Paid plans start at $12 a month billed yearly (or $15 monthly) and remove the post limit.
Can I automate PlanSend or use it from an AI assistant?
Yes. Every workspace can issue API keys for the REST API, and the same keys work with the built-in MCP server, so scripts and AI assistants create drafts, request approval and schedule posts under the same approval rules as the app.
Where is my data stored, and who bills me?
Your data stays in the European Union. Plans are billed in US dollars through Stripe by Solo Soft's billing company, ULA SOFT LTD, which is the name you will see on your card statement.
