Who bills me?
Solo Soft bills you. Your card statement shows our billing company, ULA SOFT LTD.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Billing in one click and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. After that your account moves to the Free plan limits and nothing is deleted.
What counts as a brand?
A brand is a workspace with its own calendar, channels, members and history. Most people create one brand per client. Solo includes 5 brands, Studio 10, Agency 25 and Scale 60; extra brands $3 a month each on Scale.
Do reviewers or clients cost extra?
No. Reviewers open a private link and never need an account, so they are free and unlimited on every plan.
Will tax be added?
Where the law requires it, VAT or sales tax is added at checkout. Enter your VAT number at checkout to get a business invoice.
