Terms of Service

Effective 8 September 2026. The agreement between you and Solo Soft (contracting entity ULA SOFT LTD) for using PlanSend.

About these terms

These terms govern your use of PlanSend, the approval-first social media scheduler at plansend.io, including its website, application, API and MCP endpoint (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Solo Soft, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16531031, with its registered office at 10-16 Tiller Road, 14/2e Docklands Business Centre, London E14 8PX, United Kingdom ("PlanSend", "we" or "us").

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use PlanSend on behalf of a company or a client, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" includes that organisation.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PlanSend. The Service is built for business use by companies, agencies, freelancers and teams; it is not offered to consumers for personal or household purposes. You must also be permitted to use each social network you connect under that network's own terms.

Your account and team

  • You sign in with a Google account. Keep that account secure; you are responsible for everything done through your PlanSend account and workspaces.
  • You may invite team members and give them owner, editor or reviewer roles. You are responsible for the people you invite and for removing their access when they leave.
  • Review links let people approve or comment on a post without an account. Anyone with the link (and the passcode, if you set one) can see that post, so share links carefully and revoke them when you are done.
  • Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use PlanSend to:

  • send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or misleading, deceptive or artificially amplified content;
  • publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
  • breach the terms, community guidelines, developer policies or rate limits of any connected social network, or evade its restrictions;
  • upload malware, probe or disrupt the Service, or try to access data belonging to another workspace;
  • resell the Service, except as part of managing social media for your own clients.

You are responsible for the content you schedule and for having the rights to publish it. PlanSend depends on API access granted by the social networks. We may suspend or restrict accounts, posts or channels that endanger our platform access, without notice where the risk is urgent, and we will explain what happened as soon as we reasonably can.

Connected networks

When you connect a channel you authorise PlanSend to publish the posts you schedule to that account. We store the network's access token encrypted and use it only for that purpose. Social networks change their APIs, policies and limits from time to time; features may become unavailable or behave differently as a result, and we are not responsible for a network's decisions about your account or content. Content that has been published lives on the network under its terms, and PlanSend cannot recall it.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are priced per brand in US dollars and billed monthly or annually in advance. The current prices are on the pricing page.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of ULA SOFT LTD. Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages and are never stored by PlanSend.
  • Prices exclude taxes. VAT, sales tax or similar taxes are calculated and added at checkout by Stripe Tax, based on your billing address.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Billing in your workspace; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for and no further charges are made.
  • We do not refund partial billing periods, except where the law requires a refund.
  • If a payment fails we will retry it and notify you. If it still fails, we may downgrade the workspace to the Free plan.
  • We may change prices with at least 14 days' notice by email. A price change applies from your next renewal after the notice period.

Free plan

The Free plan has limits on brands, channels, posts and users, shown on the pricing page. We may change those limits with at least 14 days' notice by email or in the app.

Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep PlanSend available and to publish posts at the scheduled time, and we monitor publishing jobs so failures are visible in your workspace. Self-serve plans do not include an uptime guarantee or service credits. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. A post can fail for reasons outside our control, such as a network outage, an expired token or a rejected media file, so check the Publishing health page for anything time-critical.

AI Assist

AI Assist generates draft text and suggestions using third-party models run by Replicate. Suggestions can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your audience. You must review every suggestion before publishing it, and you remain responsible for what you post. Only the text you submit to AI Assist is sent to the model provider; it is not used to train models. AI Assist usage may be limited by plan.

Intellectual property

You keep all rights to the content you create and upload. You grant PlanSend a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, display and transmit that content only as needed to operate the Service, including publishing it to the channels you choose. That licence ends when the content is deleted, except for copies in backups that rotate within 30 days.

PlanSend, its software, design, documentation and trademarks belong to Solo Soft, ULA SOFT LTD and their licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.

If you believe content published through PlanSend infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the details and we will investigate.

Privacy and data

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. For the content your team puts into a workspace, you are the data controller and PlanSend acts as your processor: we process that content only to provide the Service, keep it in the European Union, and delete it when you ask. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the personal data you include in posts, comments and reviewer names.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ULA SOFT LTD's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, reputational harm, or for the acts or omissions of any social network or other third party.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.

Termination

You can stop using PlanSend at any time by cancelling your subscription and asking us to delete your account as described in our data deletion instructions. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if your use creates legal or security risk for us or other customers, or if we discontinue the Service; where practical we will give at least 30 days' notice of discontinuation. After termination we delete your data on the schedule set out in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law, continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We will post the new version on this page and, for material changes, email account holders at least 14 days before the changes take effect. If you do not agree with a change you can cancel before it applies; continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have under the data protection or consumer law of the country where you live.
